Production&Cooperation

Ⅰ、Scope of Application

This policy applies to all sample orders, bulk orders and repeat orders of customized garments and related products, including ODM/OEM cooperation models.

Ⅱ、Pre-Production Confirmation

Before the start of production, the customer shall finally confirm all production details, including but not limited to:

  • Fabric composition and weight (GSM)
  • Color (color card/physical sample)
  • Size chart and size ratio
  • Order quantity
  • Printing, embroidery and other processes
  • Packaging method, label and mark requirements

The final execution basis for confirmation shall be the confirmed samples, production documents, signatures or company official seals.

All production shall be strictly carried out in accordance with the confirmed content.

Ⅲ、Customer-Caused Issues

Issues caused by the customer’s own reasons include but are not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided
  • Failure to confirm samples or documents as required
  • Proposing changes before or during production
  • Subjective understanding differences on confirmed content

The above situations are not eligible for refund or re-production.

Within a reasonable and executable scope, the factory may provide optimization suggestions, repeat order support or negotiate solutions, but shall not bear the direct losses arising therefrom.

Ⅳ、Factory-Caused Issues

If the issue is caused by the factory’s production reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Production errors
  • Obvious quality non-conformity
  • Inconsistency with confirmed samples or production documents

The factory shall bear corresponding responsibilities and provide one or more of the following remedial measures according to the actual situation:

  • Re-production
  • Refund
  • Discount compensation
  • Other reasonable solutions agreed by both parties

Ⅴ、Quality & Tolerance

Garment products are mass-produced, and reasonable industry tolerances are allowed, including but not limited to:

  • Reasonable size deviation
  • Slight color difference (due to dyeing batches and display device differences)
  • Minor differences caused by manual processes

All quality judgments shall be based on:

  • Confirmed samples
  • Production documents
  • Reasonable industry standards

Disputes can be confirmed by pictures, videos or random inspections.

Ⅵ、Lead Time

The production cycle and delivery time shall be based on the plan confirmed before production.

Urgent orders will enter the priority production process and arrange daily shipment if conditions permit.

If the delivery time is delayed due to the factory’s reasons, the factory will actively coordinate and provide corresponding remedial plans;

If the delay is caused by the customer’s demand changes, raw material delays or force majeure factors, the factory will communicate and explain in advance.

Ⅶ、Logistics & Shipping

Before shipment, the factory will complete the inspection of quantity, packaging and appearance.

After the goods are delivered to the carrier, the transportation risks shall be divided according to the trade terms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP, etc.).

If there is delay, damage or loss caused by the logistics company, the factory will assist the customer in providing necessary documents for claim, but shall not bear direct transportation liability (unless otherwise agreed).

Ⅷ、Customs & Import

The customer shall ensure compliance with the customs clearance qualifications, import licenses and relevant regulations of the destination country.

The factory shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by customs clearance issues, tariff policies or changes in the destination country’s regulations.

The factory may provide document support and experience suggestions within a reasonable scope.

Ⅸ、Quantity & Packing

Recheck the quantity and packaging before shipment.

In case of discrepancies:

  • Underdelivery: Reshipment or refund
  • Overdelivery: Negotiated handling

Ⅹ、Force Majeure

For production or transportation delays caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, government policies, port strikes, etc.), both parties shall resolve through negotiation, and the factory shall not bear direct liability.

Ⅺ、Policy Objective

This policy aims to establish a clear, transparent and executable cooperation mechanism.

Our goal is not to avoid liability, but to ensure that when problems arise in each order, there are clear handling basis and solution paths.
